​All staff, including teachers and school leaders, follow programmes of continuing professional development to enhance their skills. This includes workshops, coaching, mentoring and strategic support. Programmes include both online, self-directed learning as well as in-person training facilitated through our partners, mainly The Altenburg Foundation as well as Jusoor.
