Our 96 staff are drawn from a mixture of Syrian, Lebanese & Palestinian communities. Each school has its own dedicated Principal, working alongside a team of Supervisors who are responsible for pastoral care, progress and staff support in the Grades.
A Central Team includes Human Resources, Logistics and Finance staff, Health Advisor, Community Liaison Officer and General Director, as well as an Education Advisor who oversees training and development of staff in addition to monitoring of quality and development of materials.
